Since August 2011, Wendy has served as Associate Regional Director in the Eastern Region. In her current role, she oversees the region’s supervision of approximately 1,400 federally insured credit unions in 15 states and Washington, D.C. Prior to 2011, she served as Director of Risk Management in the Office of Examination and Insurance and held numerous positions in the agency, including director of supervision, program officer, regional analyst, and examiner. Wendy transferred from FDIC in 1996. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and MBA from George Washington University.
